I have had the opportunity to participate in a study at Purdue University consisting in an MRI scan of my C-Spine and my left shoulder (injured). I took advantage of it to get access to the 3D files, segment some bones in my left shoulder and render them nicely. The result is probably not perfect as I’m not a Medical Doctor, but I still like it.
